- The object of this public procurement is a "service" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Civil Procedure Code. The scope, volume and requirements for the execution of the public procurement are described and regulated in the Technical Specification, PART II of the participation documentation. Carrying out the removal activities ofseparately collected hazardous waste with code 180106* of the Military Medical Academy and its subordinate structures in the country, will be carried out by types and quantities, according to the terms of the Technical Specification, an integral part of the documentation. The estimated amount of waste with code 180106* is equal to7,475 l for the duration of the order. The contractor will carry out the assigned activities in accordance with the requirements of the Employer and the legal and by-laws regulating the activities.
