Description:
In fulfillment of the award under this public procurement, the contractor should carry out the relevant construction works in connection with the "Extension of the Cemetery Park, Veliko Turnovo, Stage II, Stage II and III", in accordance with the requirements of the complete technical documentation prepared and approved - Investment project with attached explanatory notes, drawings and quantitative accounts and technical specification. A detailed description of all the intended activities and their volume is contained in the technical specification and investment project attached to this documentation - Annexes 1 and 1.1.
The source of funding for Stage I of "Extension of Cemetery Park, Veliko Turnovo, Stage, Stage II and Stage II" is under project № OP-24.001-2729 "Expansion of the Cemetery Park, Veliko Tarnovo, Stage, Stage II and Stage III - Stage I" according to Annex No. 3 to Art. 113, para. 11 of a law for The State Budget of the Republic of Bulgaria for 2025, /by virtue of Agreement No. RD-02-30-6 /12.06.2025 between the MRDPW and the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo). At the time of the opening of the public procurement, partial financing was provided in the amount of BGN 1 053 920,83 at the Cemetery Park, Veliko Tarnovo, Stage II, Stage II and Stage II, and for the other two stages of the project the contract is announced in the case of uninsured financing on the grounds of Art.
