No. 2798/23.10.2009/. A draft external repair has been prepared, with a valid building permit №299/15.08.2012 and an order for re -certification № 25/10.02.2016, and the restoration of the facades, agreed with the Ministry of Culture and the Nionkz - Sofia. Materials must be used in the site meeting the requirements of Bulgarian and/or European standards.
