- This public procurement aims to provide external technical assistance through a team of project management experts to assist the contracting authority to carry out quality and effective management, coordination, control and reporting on the timely implementation of project activities "Combined Integrated Territorial Investments (ITI) on the territory of the municipalities of Lom, Dimovo and Oryahovo", presented for financing under a procedure by direct grant BG16FPR003-2.002 "Support for Integrated Urban Development in 40 Urban Commons" per program "Development of the regions" 2021-2027 ", which is directly focused on the implementation of strategic purposes by the ITSR of the CPC. The main objective of the project is to promote sustainable and integrated development on the territory of the three Municipalities and improvement of the basic indicators of infrastructure, living conditions, population integration and investment leading to the reduction of carbon footprint.
The order scope includes main activities on:
Coordination and project management;
Administrative and technical support;
Preparation of reporting documents;
Financial management;
Providing support in the preparation and conduct of public procurement procedures provided for in the implementation of the project;
Monitoring and control of the implementation of the project;
Reporting and reporting.
