- The total estimated value of the public procurement is BGN 99,800.00 (ninety-nine thousand eight hundred BGN and zero cents) BGN excluding VAT.
Place of execution of the order: the relevant structure specified by the Contracting Authority, located in the "N.I. Pirogov" UMBALSM EAD: Sofia, 21 "Totleben" Blvd.
Deadline for order fulfillment:
The term for delivery of the medical equipment/equipment is: up to 90 (ninety) calendar days. The term begins to run from the conclusion of the contract.
Bid validity period: 6 (six) months from the deadline for receipt of bids.
Opportunity to present Variations in offers: Variations in offers are not allowed.
Terms and method of financing and payment:
Funding with own funds.
Payments of the amounts due will be made by bank transfer, in Bulgarian leva to a bank account indicated by the Contractor, within 60 (sixty) calendar days days, according to the draft contract.
The most economically advantageous offer will be determined based on the award criterion: "lowest price", according to Art. 70, para. 2, item 1 ZOP. The proposed total value without VAT to the second decimal place is subject to evaluation.
