- The subject of this public procurement is intended to conclude a contract for providing facility management services of the building fund serving "Electricity Distribution Networks West" EAD and includes the following activities:
Hygiene maintenance and cleaning of administrative buildings, office premises, open storage areas, sites, yards, lawns and gardens, maintenance of green areas and ornamental vegetation;
Prevention, technical maintenance and repair of the building stock, installations and facilities;
Maintenance of electric/gas boilers in technical working and fitness to use owned of the contracting authority;
Provision of hamal services and transport;
Provision of planned and extraordinary disinfectant activities.
Quantity or volume of public procurement:
The contracting authority predicts that during the entire period of operation of the contract, the objects will be cleaned and maintained with a total area of 26 274 square meters, consumables will be delivered on request a total of 1 730 pcs, maintained green areas and ornamental vegetation - 35 485 sq.m., will be awarded by a hammime services of 3,000 h. and transport and urban and out of urban conditions - 8 100 km, planned and extraordinary activities by Disinfection of premises - 103 368 sq.m. and delivery of disinfectants 96,000 l., Electric and gas boilers available in the buildings of the contracting authority - 12 detailed in the technical specification.
