- The subject of this public procurement is "providing a service" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act.
The subject of this public procurement is a framework agreement for carrying out investment and development design for the needs of Elin Pelin Municipality in four lots:
Separate Item # 1 "Investment design of buildings and facilities for the needs of Elin Pelin Municipality";
Lot 2 "Investment design of networks and facilities of the technical infrastructure for the needs of Elin Pelin Municipality";
Lot # 3 "Investment design of landscaped and wooded areas and elements of urban furniture for the needs of Elin Pelin Municipality ";
Lot 4 "Development and design for the needs of Elin Pelin Municipality, elaboration of detailed development plans, in accordance with Article 110 of the Spatial Planning Act and other renewal activities."
The purpose of this procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement, in which all the conditions for the award of public procurement contracts for implementation for the needs of the Municipality of Elin Pelin have not been determined.
By awarding this order, the contracting authority seeks to select potential contractors of the subject of the contract possessing Professional qualification and practical experience in the field of investment and development design, to which the Municipality of Elin Pelin to entrust the implementation of the activities for the subject of the public procurement.
