- The subject of the contract (Framework Agreement) includes consulting services on the conformity assessment of investment projects, exercising construction Supervision during construction and if necessary - investor control, investment and other construction sites that will be performed from the North District - Plovdiv Municipality during the term of the Framework Agreement, cited approximately 20 sites (design and/or construction works).
The subject of the contract (the framework agreement) includes an assessment of the conformity of investment projects and the exercise of construction supervision during construction of sites, according to Art. 166 and Art. 168 of the Spatial Planning Act, in volume and scope, in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act and the relevant by -laws; Including, but not limited to the completeness and proper drafting of acts and protocols during construction, in accordance with Ordinance No. 3/31.07.2003; Control of the quantities, prices and quality of the completed construction works, including investor control during construction, when such is needed and requested by the contracting authority; Preparation of the necessary documentation for issuing certificates under Article 74 of the Spatial Planning Act and under Article 116, Paragraph 1 and Article 175, Paragraph 5, of Of the Spatial Planning Act on the grounds of art. 32, para 1, of ZKIR; Preparation of a technical passport of the site (s), in accordance with Art. 176b of the Spatial Planning Act and in the range specified in Art. 4 of Ordinance No. 5/ 28.12.2006 on the technical passports of the works; Preparation of a final report to the contracting authority, in accordance with Art. 168, para. 6 of the SPA; Izo ... - Documents:
