In the scope of orders to be awarded under the Framework Agreement, the award is provided of activities for preparation of a complex report on the conformity assessment of the project documentation with the basic requirements for the construction works in accordance with the requirements of Art. 142, para 5 of the SPA, incl. under para 10, as well as the implementation of construction supervision within the meaning of Art. 166, para. 1 of the SPA, control over Compliance with the requirements of Art. 169, para 1 and 3 and Art. 169b, para. 1 of the Spatial Planning Act, with a major renovation of a street network in settlements in the municipality of Silistra and of a street network and sidewalks on the territory of Silistra.
SERVICE RELATED TO AGREE WITH THE Public Procurement Compliance with investment projects and construction supervision, including:
 ACTIVITIES 1: ASSESSION OF CONSIDERATION PROJECTS FOR THE SITE ABOUT THE OPERATION WITH THE BASIC REQUIREMENTS TO CONTRACTS, including the preparation of a comprehensive report in accordance with the requirements of ZUT;
 Activity 2: Construction supervision in the execution of construction works (construction works):
-Provenity 1: Construction supervision during the implementation of the site, until its acceptance and commissioning with the issuance of a permit for use/certificate of commissioning in Operation, in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act and guaranteeing the application of the Bulgarian regulatory requirements;
