Description:
The object of a general order is "construction" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 1, b. "b", in conjunction with Art. 3, para. 2 of the ZOP. With the conduct of the procedure, the conclusion of of a framework agreement with 4 potential contractors for the performance of site activities in facilities managed by the VMA and its subordinate structures. Pageactivities awarded with specific contracts after an internal competitive selection will be expressed mainly, but not only, in the following activities: construction and/or reconstruction and/or basic and/or current and/or emergency repair of buildings and facilities, incl. their adjacent areas, which in turn include: demolition works,brickwork and partition walls; plastering works; painting works; facing works; flooring; other.completed.work; carpentry works; insulation works - waterproofing, thermal insulation and steam insulation; cladding works and joinery - facade and interior; installation works - plumbing, electrical and HVAC; cvertical layout, energy-efficient sanitation; construction of accessible architectural environment and others.
