This procedure aims to conclude a Framework Agreement betweendu Municipality of Burgas and potential contractors, in which all the conditions for awarding the individual contracts are not defined.
The contracting authority decides to conduct an open procedure for concluding a Framework Agreement, in which all the conditions are not defined.
The maximum number of potential contractors, withwith which the Contracting Authority will conclude a Framework Agreement is up to 3 (three) or a smaller number, if there is not a sufficient number of participants who meet the selection criteria or the previously announced conditions of the Contracting Authority.
The scope and volume of the individual orders awarded based on the framework spunderstanding, will depend on the specific need, as well as on the requirements of the regulatory framework in the framework agreement period.carrying out separate construction and repair works and maintenance of buildings, objects and facilities owned by the Municipality of Burgas.
