- The subject of this public procurement includes: Full subscription out-of-warranty support of Xerox VersaLink B405V multifunction devices, such as:
Subscription out-of-warranty support services include:about six months for the entire period of the contract or more often if this is required by the manufacturer's prescriptions;
Unlimited number of visits, when calling for diagnosis and repair of malfunction/s of the multifunction devices;
Monthly checks of the operability of the multifunction devicestriplicates;
Performance of diagnostics and repairs with insertion of spare parts and consumables (without toner cartridges) to ensure their full functionality, according to the manufacturer's requirements
