• The subject of the public procurement includes garbage collection and garbage removal of solid household waste (MSW) from 44 settlements on the territory of Tundzha Municipality. Waste that is served and is the subject of the order is solid household waste (MSW), which are obtained as a result of people's life activities in homes, administrative, social and public buildings. The waste from commercial establishments, craft activities, recreation and entertainment establishments, when they do not have a character, are equated to them of production and hazardous waste and at the same time their quantity or composition will not prevent their treatment together with household waste. The subject of the public procurement includes activities on garbage collection and garbage disposal of solid household waste (MSW) from 44 settlements on the territory of Tundzha Municipality. Waste that is served and is the subject of the order is solid household waste (MSW), which is obtained as a result of the life activity of people in homes, administrative, social and public buildings. Waste from commercial establishments, craft activities, recreation and entertainment establishments are also equated to them, when they do not have the character of production and hazardous waste and at the same time their quantity or composition will not prevent their treatment together with the domestic ones. * If necessary and after a request from the Contracting Authority, the Contractor should perform a collection service and transportation of bulky waste (BWW), provided as an option under Art. 21, para. 1 ...
