• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement is: "Granting access to the Internet to a school for qualification and retraining of the staff from API - Yundola Base at OPU-Pazardzhik". The object of this public procurement is "service" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of ZOP. The object of the order according to the Common Vocabulary of Terms /CPV/ is code 72411000 - Internet Service Providers (ISP). The public procurement is conducted on the basis of Art. 18, para. 1, item 1, in connection with Art. 20, para. 1, item 1, b "b" of the Law on Public orders (ZOP). The contracting authority announces the present procedure for awarding a public contract on the basis of Art. 73, para. 1 of the ZOP. For those not regulated in the present documentation for the public procurement, the conditions for conducting the procedure shall apply the provisions of the ZOP and the Rules for its implementation, as well as the applicable national and international normative acts, in view of the subject of the order. The implementation of the public order is financed from the budget of the Road Infrastructure Agency. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PERFORMANCE: 1. Construction of optical connectivity meeting the following parameters: - Download/Upload speed - up to 300Mb/s / 300Mb/s; - Possibilities to increase the described parameters; - High reliability and availability of the Internet service; - Availability of the service on a monthly basis - 99.5%; - Access to the Internet should be unlimited in terms of traffic. 2.
