- Description: The municipality of Montferland has developed a gross list system. The gross list system is intended for civil engineering and cultural technical works and related services. VIA This tender allows you to sign up for one or more gross lists. Introduction graphics are lists per category or subcategory of assignments, on which suppliers have their interest in these types of assignments made. The suppliers on a gross list have been screened and qualified for the relevant commission. The gross lists are set and maintained by the tendering team of the municipality. On a gross list, both suppliers can occur that have already performed assignments, as suppliers who have not yet performed assignments. Suppliers who have performed an assignment are assessed and get a score assigned. The higher the score, the higher the ranking on the gross list. Suppliers who have not yet taken a job have not been done. If an assignment within the gross list is tendering multiple privately, the three suppliers that are highly directed (the ' top 3 ') are always excellent ...
