• Description:
• The subject of this order is identification, geodetic surveying, preparation of a register of the existing hydrotechnical facilities - public state property on the territory of Burgas region, GIS application and technical passports of съоръженията. The long-term goal of this order is for the contractor to visit and photograph all the facilities, to find the technical documentation available for them /location, coordinates, photographic material/ and to describe the type and condition of each one facility. The collected information should be systematized in a register. According to Art. 7, para. 12 of the Law on the Organization of the Black Sea Coast (New - SG No. 16 of 2024, in force from 01.01.2025) the maintenance and repair of marine hydrotechnical facilities, breakwaters, systems and facilities under Art. 6, para. 4, item 2 - public state property, protecting against harmful impacts on the seashore, which are located outside the boundaries of the urbanized territories, are organized by the regional manager. The regional governor prepares annually and submits to the Council of Ministers a plan-account for the implementation of the activities under the first sentence. The contractor must perform the activities described below: Activity 1.
