- The objects of this public procurement are the supply of goods carried out through purchases, as well as all the necessary preliminary activities for the use of the goods, such as installation and assembly work, testing and others in the sense of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Law for public procurement ("ZOP").
ImplementationThe execution of the procurement activities in the part of each specific item is carried out on the basis of assignment letters from the contracting authority to the contractor and approved monthly schedules for the implementation of the procurement activities in accordance with the terms of the contract for the execution of the public procurement.o territorial location of the final recipients is as follows: about 90% /in a word: ninety percent/ of the properties that will be specified by the contracting authority and in which heating devices will be installed, are located in the city of Smolyan, and the remaining about 10% /in a word: ten percent/ of the properties - in others onvillages in the municipality of Smolyan.
