Description:
The subject of the present order is the implementation of the SMR with the aim of building a residential-dormitory complex, which concerns the adjacent parts and open spaces to the student dormitories No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the residential complex. "Student City" - Sofia. The goal of the Investor is to ennoble the free spacesa, by building semi-underground parking, alleys and pedestrian areas, construction of recreation and walking areas, regional lighting, fence, construction of an access control system and a security room. Construction - assembly works include: Construction of a semi-underground parking lot with 70 parking spaces, fencea, installation of modular one-story objects with commercial purpose, installation of a security pavilion, implementation of an access control system, implementation of the projects on the B and K and EL part. All CMPs are executed according to the prepared Technical Project.
