Description:
The subject of this order is: Implementation of the CMP of the site: "Main repair and reconstruction of municipal road SZR 2022, /SZR 2101, Nikolaevo - Zhaltopop / - / II-55 /", from km 0 000 to km 0 600".
The choice of the type of procedure is based on Article 18, Paragraph 1, Item 12 of the Civil Code, in connection with Chapter Twenty-Five, Sec.item II of the Public Procurement Act and aims to comply with the legal rules and ensure transparency in awarding by the Contracting Authority under Article 5, paragraph 2, item 9 of the Public Procurement Act. Regarding the conditions for conducting the procedure, which are not regulated in the complete Documentation for participation, the regulations of the ZOP, the Regulations for the implementation of the ZOP apply(PPZOP), the Law on Territorial Development (ZUT), as well as the relevant national and international normative acts (statutory and by-laws) regulating the activities within the scope of the award, according to the specifics of the object of implementation, including those related to the various hypotheses of participation nand specific business entities - local and/or foreign natural and/or legal entities, in relation to the administrative - legal framework, legal personality and technical capabilities, for which persons the relevant and applicable regulations, registration and licensing regimes are relevant.
Constructiont is the third category. The construction works under the project envisage the sharpening or felling and uprooting of trees and bushes; dig incl. for ditches and drains; milling of asphalt concrete pavement; laying of new asphalt layers; traffic management activities and other construction activities.
