- The subject of the public procurement includes the new construction of a public service building - "Youth Center", located in UPI XIV of quarter 65, according to the reg. plan of the town of Svishtov, representing PI 65766.702.4204 according to the CC and KR of the municipality. Svishtov, region Veliko Tarnovo, under Contract No. BG-RRP-1.009-0001-C01 for executionon the project "Construction of a Youth Center in the town of Svishtov".
The property is built up. The existing development will be preserved. According to the current PUP-PRZ, UPI XIV falls into the zoning zone "SOP" with an established purpose - for buildings with a public service function. The area of the site is 807 sq.m. According toaccording to the PUP-PRZ, a public service building is planned for the property.
To carry out the planned construction and assembly works, a technical investment project has been developed with the following parts: Architecture, Plumbing, Geodesy, Electrical, Constructions, HVAC, Energy Efficiency, Park Planning and Town PlanningDepartment, Health and Safety Plan, Fire Safety, Construction Waste Management Plan. Construction Permit No. 88/05.12.2022 was issued by the Chief Architect of the Municipality of Svishtov, for construction - IV category, according to Art. 137, paragraph 1, item 4, b of the ZUT.
The activities set out in the approved technicalical project, the following basic construction and installation works are planned to be carried out:
Construction of a wall with a thickness of 25 cm on lime-cement mortar - 11 m³
Construction of a stud wall with a thickness of 15 cm - 81 m2
Construction of a stud wall with a thickness of 25 cm 338 m2
