The subject of the contract involves the exercise of construction supervision during the construction of The site, according to Art. 166 and Art. 168 of the Spatial Planning Act, in volume and scope, in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act and the relevant by -laws; Including, but not limited to the completeness and proper drafting of acts and protocols during construction, in accordance with Ordinance No. 3/31.07.2003; control the quantities, prices and quality of the completed construction works; Preparation of a technical passport of the site (s), in accordance with Art. 176b of the SPA and in the scope, indicated in Art. 4 of Ordinance No. 5/ 28.12.2006 on the technical passports of the works; Preparation of a final report to the contracting authority, in accordance with Art. 168, para. 6 of the SPA; Preparation of the necessary documentation and commissioning of the site (s), in accordance with the conditions described in the notice, documentation, the technical specifications and the contract for this public procurement.
