Implementation of construction supervision, investor control and safety and health coordinator during the implementation of the SMR for the site "Major repair, reconstruction, renovation and remodeling of a building and fence to the BAS property in the Municipality of Ruse, Ruse, Panayot Volov St. No. 30". The scope of the public procurement includes the following main activities: 1. Implementation of construction supervision during the implementation of construction and assembly works in accordance with Art. 168 of the ZUT. 2. Performance of investor control. As an investor control performs control through the necessary inspections, measurements and calculations of the types and quantities of SMR of the construction actually carried out, which are certified by the builder at the relevant stage of project implementation with an Acceptance Protocol (form act No. 19 or equivalent). After the inspections of place and established compliance, signs the protocol. This protocol will serve as the basis for payment for the completed construction and installation works. 3. Preparation and registration of a Technical Passport in accordance with Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on the technical construction passports, according to Art. 176a of the ZUT. 4. Preparation of a Final Report according to Art. 168, Para. 6 of the ZUT for putting the site into operation. 5.
