- The subject of the public procurement includes the implementation of activities (services) under construction supervision for the site "Construction of the Center for Resident Care for Adults with Mental Disorders in the village of Tsarev Brod, Shumen municipality":
- exercise of construction supervision during construction and acceptancecommissioning of the construction in the mandatory scope, regulated in the Spatial Planning Act and the by -laws for its implementation, including carrying out inspection and control of the construction products delivered and used in the construction, which ensure the fulfillment of the basic requirements for the basic requirements forConstruction in accordance with the requirements of the ordinance under Art. 9, para. 2, item 5 of the Law on Technical Requirements for Products, as well as coordination of the construction process until the commissioning of construction, including control of the quantities, quality and conformity of the implementedConstruction and assembly works with the contract for the implementation of the construction of the site, as well as other activities subject to the construction contract;Safety at work when performing construction and assembly works, incl. Execution of all obligations of the contracting authority provided for in the said ordinance;
