The purpose of the procedure is to select a contractor for performing construction works in the appropriate lot as follows:

The project envisages the removal of the destroyed retaining wall and the construction of a new one.
The Home for Persons with Physical Disabilities is public municipal property according to AOC №177/06.10.1997, located in RLE I, sq. 54 under the regulation plan of the village Oryahovitsa. The landed property is surrounded by the east with a stone fence - a retaining wall. It is built on around ZM. from the facade of the building, in the yard regulation line of the property. The terrain is highly displaced and therefore at its highest part the wall is about 3.5m high. It is fulfilled by Stone masonry grouted with cement mortar, in places embroiled with concrete. At the top there is a broken concrete belt. It has made metal stakes and a fence mesh is installed, which is very tilted to the building. On the outside of the fence, the terrain is overgrown with tree and shrub vegetation. To the northwest, in the direction of the municipal road, the fence is masonry with processed stone blocks, there is a concrete hat, and its height decreases to about 0.5m.
