Description:
The main purpose of this public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the execution of construction and assembly works on the reconstruction and rehabilitation of internal technical infrastructure of the Vidin-South Industrial Park, Vidin to attract investment, and create the necessary for investors for investorsInfrastructure and favorable conditions for the implementation of new projects in the industry in support of the economic growth of the region. Construction of technical infrastructure is located within the boundaries of Vidin-South Industrial Park, Vidin.Assistance in the commissioning of the site and perform warranty support for all completed construction works. Construction activities are carried out on the basis of a technical project, which is provided by the contracting authority and is part of the present tender documentation. The contracting authority, VNInvestzon Ltd. guarantees the compliance of the technical project with the applicable legislation. The construction site is the 4th group, the 3rd category of construction according to Article 137, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Spatial Planning Act. When performing all construction works, the contractor must comply with the principle of "non -consistent harm".
