• Description:
• The building is a one-story hall, built of reinforced concrete, prefabricated elements (single foundations with columns, and 2Tpanels for the roof and roof panels 3 x 6 m). The dimensions of the building are 36.8 m x 24.8 m and the built-up area is 913 sq.m. It is intended for parking and repair of trucks and specialized equipment, as it has separate working sanitary premises, warehouses, workshop, etc. The building has permanently resident staff, which necessitates ensuring the necessary normative parameters of the microclimate and safe working conditions according to the requirements for this type of facility. The main activities to be carried out cover the following parts: - "Architectural" part: external thermal insulation of facades (the west facade is covered by the security stripe); replacement of external windows with new ones (doors and windows), including metal garage doors with new blinds; new oil-resistant floor covering in the repair workshop, in accordance with the requirements for this type of premises; replacement of internal doors and windows, where necessary, as well as accompanying activities; complete repair of the roof, including hydro and thermal insulation, etc.; maximum increase in the dimensions in height and width of all garage doors in the premises of the repair workshop; - Part "Structural": dismantling of the existing structure of metal frames with single glass; makes reinforced concrete foundations for the installation of air conditioning chambers and foundations for the installation of a protective canopy over the external comp...
