• Description:
• The subject of this order is design and implementation of construction and author's supervision for the site "Reconstruction and extension of internal technical infrastructure of the village of Debelt, municipality of Sredets" The public procurement includes design (production of investment project in the technical project phase), CMR for the site, as well as author supervision during construction. The construction of the infrastructure on the territory of the village of Debelt is planned for a three-zone implementation: Zone 1 - South-Eastern Zone with an area of 0.23 km2, Zone 2 - southwestern zone with an area of 1.05km2, Zone 3 - North Zone 0.95 km2;. Additionally, 2 KPS are planned for zones 1 and 2. The object of the order is divided into 4 sub-objects: -Subject 1: Stage 1 - "Reconstruction and expansion of the internal technical infrastructure of in the south-eastern part of the village of Debelt" -Subproject 2: Stage 2 - "Reconstruction and expansion of the internal technical infrastructure in the southwestern part of the village of Debelt" - Sub-object 3: Stage 3 - "Reconstruction and expansion of the internal technical infrastructure in the northern part of the village of Debelt" - Sub-project 4: Stage 4 - "Construction of two new KPS, equipment for them and pressure pipelines" In the course of design, it is permissible to foresee additional phasing for each of the sub-objects, such as the same should be technically and economically justified.
