performance of engineering (design, exercise of copyright supervision and execution ofconstruction works) of the site "Construction of a Faculty of Veterinary Medicine with a clinic for small animals and public areas for recreation and green areas on the territory of MU-Pleven"

within this public procurement is provided for the implementation of the following engineering activities:
1. effect№1 Preparation of an investment project in the "technical" project phase;
2. Affection №2 Implementation of construction works;
3. Affairs №3 Exercise of copyright supervision;
it is envisaged that the selected contractor will fulfill the following basic activities of the concept for the territorial development "Single Health":
1) activity№2: Upgrading the educational infrastructure in the CPC in the context of the General Strategy for "Single Health"
It is envisaged that the faculty will be built on an undeveloped and unprecedented terrain in the town of Pleven in a landed property with an identifier 5672.659.78 the plot of 22,454.00 sq. The property is regulated - UPIVII 659.78 in square 403a according to the plan of the town of Pleven. This project envisages the construction of 3 buildings from the complex:
1) a study building with study halls and cabinets with a total area of 2,644.19 sq.m.;
3) dean with a total area of 1.151.16 sq.m.
