1. Preparation of investment projects in the "Technical design" phase, in scope and content according to the ZUT and Ordinance No. 4 on the scope and content of the investment projects;

Coordination of the investment projects by the Contractor with all control bodies, operating companies, municipal and state institutions, according to the legal requirements, before handing over the projects to the Contracting Authority for evaluation of their compliance with the essential requirements for construction, in connection with approval and obtaining a construction permit;
