"Implementation of Engineering (Design, Smr and Author's Supervision) of a New Building at the Ou "Al. G. Kodjakafaliyata" Burgas in Upi V-1369 in Quarter 12 According to the Plan of Kraymorie Quarter, Burgas
The scope of this public procurement includes the following activities: 1. Design. The project development should include the following parts: Part Architecture; Part Constructive; HVAC part; Part Electro; Part Fire alarm; Part VIK; Part Geology; Part Elevator equipment; Part Energy efficiency;Part Geodesy; Part Park planning and landscaping; Part PB; Part PBZ; Part PUSO; Part STEM Area; Part Accounting documentation. 2. Implementation of SRM activities for the implementation of the project - The Contractor shall foresee all SRM activities for the implementation of the project. The participant designated as an executor mustto compile all the necessary documentation from the start of construction to its acceptance by the contracting authority. 3. Author supervision - The participant designated as a performer will carry out author supervision in accordance with the requirements of Art. 162 of the ZUT and the implementation contract.
