Execution of engineering (design, SMR and author's supervision) of a new building at OU "Al. G. Kojakafaliyata" Burgas in UPI V-1369 in quarter 12 according to the plan of Kraymorie district, Burgas. To realize the subject of the order, the participant designated as the contractor will have to perform the following activities: 1. Designane - for the purposes of the public procurement, it is necessary to prepare an investment project. The project development should include the following parts: Part Architecture; Part Constructive; HVAC part; Part Electro; Part Fire alarm; Part VIK; Part Geology; Part Elevator equipment; Part Energy efficiency;Part Geodesy; Part Park planning and landscaping; Part Fire safety; Part Health and Safety Plan; Part Construction Waste Management Plan; Part STEM Area; Part Accounting documentation. The technical description and requirements are specified in the Design Specification, nis an integral part of the Public Procurement Documentation. The project should be developed in the Technical Design phase and fully foresee the construction of the building for education and the adjoining and service areas and outdoor areas around it. The project should envisage phased construction of the construction.
