the activities included in the scope of this public procurement are as follows:
1. Preparation ofInvestment project in the "Technical Project" phase for the needs of the renovation, in accordance with the prescribed mandatory energy renewal measures given in the technical and energy inspection prepared for the building, the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT), in the scope and content in accordance with the requirements of the requirements ofOrdinance No. 4 on the scope and content of investment projects, Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2 of 26.02021 on the determination of the requirements for accessibility and universal design of the elements of the accessible environment in the urbanized territory and of the buildings and facilities and other related regulatory regulationsregulation on the applicable parts, accompanied by detailed quantity of accounts on the applicable parts;
2. The implementation of the construction works (construction works (construction works) provided for in the prepared and approved investment project (constructionlaws, regulations, standards concerning the implementation of objects and works of such nature;
