The purpose of this public procurement is to select a Contractor to whom the Municipality of Lovech will commissioned the development of an investment project in the "Working project" phase for the site, the implementation of construction and assembly works and the exercise of author supervision during construction for the implementation of the investment "Construction/upgrade of green infrastructure to reduce secondary dusting in the urban environment within the regulatory limits of the urbanized territories of the city of Lovech, municipality of Lovech" - a project with which funding is applied for under the "Environment" Program 2021-2027, Priority axis - Air, Name of the procedure - Green measures in an urban environment (3) with code of the procedure - BG16FFPR002-5.008.
The main objectives of the project are:
- Significant improvement of atmospheric air quality;
- Improvement and landscaping of important elements of the urban environment;
- Reduction of the individual harmful emissions of the FPCH;
- Improving the quality of the atmospheric air in this area as well way to ensure the safety and health of the residents and guests of Lovech municipality;
- Ensuring conditions for the sustainability of the green urban environment and
- Achieving the requirements and compliance with EU legislation in this area.
- The built/upgraded publicly accessible green infrastructure it is planned to have an area of 35.52 decares.
