• With this procedure FMFIB entrusts the Financial Intermediary with the implementation of the Venture Capital Fund. The financial intermediary must prepare and carry out actions to establish an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) in a jurisdiction of its choice, in which investors, including FMFIB, deposit an amount to be invested through Eligible Instruments for Eligible Investments. An integral part of the service is the implementation and management of the Fund's investment activity. The fund manager will execute services, the scope of which is defined below, subject to the relevant Applicable Standards and their respective subsequent amendments and updates: - Preparation and implementation of actions for the establishment of an AIF in a jurisdiction chosen by him in an EU country, c which Investors to invest; - Management of the established AIF; - Raising commitments and funds from Independent private investors, at the Fund level and/or at the Final level receiver, depending on the nature of his offer; - Identification of eligible End recipients, investment viability analysis as well as structuring, negotiation and implementation of financing from the FPRK in accordance with the concluded Operative agreement; - Carrying out monitoring and control over the presentation of investee companies including: supporting the Final Recipients in their activities, implementation of Follow-on Investments (if applicable), managing investments whose performance is below expectations...
