Description:
The purpose of this procurement procedure is to choose financial intermediaries for the implementation of a financial instrument "Microfinance for Entrepreneurship for Students and PhD students", funded by the Education Program 2021-2027 (PP). The financial instrument is Structured in the form of shared risk funding, which shares the risk of loss of financial intermediaries in proportion and up to the amount of the principal due, provided with funds under the program in the respective contract with final recipients. The purpose of the financial instrument is to provide an easier Access to funding for the target group of end recipients (start -ups of students and doctoral students with the ability to participate in higher education teachers) to launch a business or other type of entrepreneurial initiatives under relief conditions.
