Description:
The purpose of the current public procurement procedure is to select Financial Intermediaries for the implementation of the Financial Instrument "Portfolio Guarantee with Loss Ceiling for Digitization", financed with funds from the Program "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021-2027 (PKIP). The Financial Instrument (FI) is structured in the form of a Cap-Loss Portfolio Guarantee for Digitization (the Guarantee) partially covering the risk of loss under the Funding provided to End Recipients by the Financial Intermediary in accordance with the terms of the Technical Specification and the Warranty Agreement. The public resource for FI is provided by the Program "Competitiveness and Innovations in Enterprises" 2021-2027. The public resource for FI is aimed at supporting Final Recipients to achieve the specific objective of the Program in the direction: "Using the benefits of digitization for citizens, companies, research organizations and public authorities'.
