- Description:
- With this procedure, the contracting authority assigns to the Fund Manager the implementation of the financial instrument. Fund Manager will fulfill services whose scope is defined below, subject to the relevant applicable standards and their respective subsequent changes and updates:
- Preparing and performing Actions to establish the AIF in its jurisdiction in an EU country in which investors invest;
- Management of the established AIF;
- raising commitments and resources from independent private investors, at the level of fund and/ or at the end recipient level, depending on the nature of their proposal;
- identification of admissible final recipients, analysis of the viability of the investment, as well as structuring, negotiation and completion of funding by the FSSPD in accordance with the concluded operational agreement;
- Monitoring and controlling the presentation of enterprises in which they are investing, including: support of the final recipients in their activities, implementation of subsequent investment (if applicable), investment management, which is below expected and others;
- Making outputs of the investments made in accordance with the outlook in the investment strategy, the output strategy, the operational agreement and the current documentation;
- providing the relevant distributions to the Manager Fund and to the investors;
