Description:
The subject of the open procedure is the selection of a contractor for the implementation of a program for psychosocial rehabilitation (residential type) of 15 (fifteen) persons who were dependent or abused by narcotic substances. By awarding this order, the contracting authority seeks to choose A potential contractor of the subject of the contract with consent to carry out this type of activities, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance 8 of 7.09.2011 on the conditions and procedure for implementing programs for psychosocial rehabilitation of persons who have been dependent or abused with narcotic substances (promulgated, SG, issue 75 of 2011, amended and supplemented, issue 44 of 2014) issued by the Ministry of Health and the MLSP.
