• The subject of the public procurement is "Implementation of security with signaling - security equipment /SOT/ and live, round-the-clock, unarmed security of properties - state property, managed by API - OPU Razgrad" for a period of 36 (eighteen) months, according to the provisions of the Law on Private Security Activities, Pub. - State Gazette, no. 10 of 30.01.2018, in force from 01.04.2018, Ordinance No. 8121h-611 of 11.06.2018 on the terms and conditions for organization and performance of the types of private security activities under Art. 5, para. 1 of The law on private security activities and on the definition of an exemplary type classification of the sites where security is carried out under Art. 5, para. 1, item 2 and item 3 of the Law on Private Security Activities, as well as the applicable national and international regulations acts, in view of the subject of the order. The objects subject to protection are as follows: The administrative building of OPU Razgrad-c. Razgrad, "Knyaz Dondukov" St. No. 3, consisting of five floors, building of a snow removal station, located on road III-204 "Razgrad - Popovo" in the land of the city of Razgrad, the locality "Kurnatsite", building of the Regional Road Laboratory - "Razgrad" - a separate two-story building, laboratory-storage room - a separate one-story building.
