The subject of the public order is: "Implementation of the SMR for the construction of a new building for social service - Center for residential care for persons of over-working age without disabilities, located UPI V-186, quarter 13 according to the plan of "Strumsko" quarter, town of Blagoevgrad, municipality Blagoevgrad" in implementation of a project: "Creation of new social services for residential care in the Municipality of Blagoevgrad and construction of park zone in the district of Strumsko", financed by the BFP Contract No. BG16FFPR003-1.001-0028-C01 dated 04.08.2025, which is implemented with the financial support of the "Development of the Regions" Program 2021-2027", co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund or the Fund for Fair transition'.
The scope of the activities is according to the Technical Specification, annex to the participation documentation.
