The subject of the present procedure is the determination of a CMR contractor for the implementation of measures for energy efficiency in 1 multi-family residential building on the territory of Harmanli Municipality, which has been approved by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works for financing under the procedure "Support for sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock - Stage II".
The public order will be implemented through a grant from the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan (NRSP) under the procedure "Support for sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock - Stage II".
The public procurement is partially financed with own funds, which are currently provided.
The implementation of the construction and assembly works for the multi-family residential building begins after the entry into force of the relevant construction permit and is carried out according to the prepared and approved technical investment project.
The implementation of the SMR is carried out in accordance with Part III "Construction" of The territorial planning law. The contractor performs CMR for the object in accordance with the issued construction documents, the terms of the contract and the requirements of Art. 163 and Art. 163a of the ZUT.
The implementation of the construction and installation works for the multi-family residential building begins after the drawing up of the Protocol sample 2/2a to Ordinance No. 3/2003 on drawing up acts and protocols during construction, subject to compliance with the requirements of Art. 7 of the same Ordinance.
