• Description:
• The project envisages the replacement and reconstruction of part of the street water pipes and the replacement and construction of new SVO to supply the properties in the settlement. Construction works on the project cover Doshin Vir Street, Sixth Street, Fourth Street, Thirteenth Street, Eleventh Street, Treta Street, P Streeteta", Tenth Street, Twelfth Street, Biloto Street, Vtora Street and Fourteenth Street, Spanchevtsi village. Construction is the fourth group, third category, according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 3, b. "b" and "g" of the ZUT and according to Art. 6, para. 2, item 8; Art. 7, para. 1 of Ordinance No. 1 of July 30, 2003 on the Nomenclature ofvete stroeži.
  Regarding the possibility provided for by Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority states that, as of the date of the opening of the procedure, funding for the public procurement was not secured. In this sense, the execution of the contract is postponed until the date of provision of funds by the Contracting Authority for executionthe entity of the object. Implementation begins after confirmation by the contracting authority of secured financing and presentation by the contractor of the specified performance guarantee. In the event of non-presentation of the performance guarantee within the term specified by the contracting authority, without the presence of objective reasons, the contracting authority shall terminateshe signed the contract. When, after the expiration of a three-month period from the conclusion of the contract, financing is not provided, either party may request its termination without notice. When, after a 10-month period from the conclusion of the contract, financing is not provided, the contract is considered terminated...
