- The subject of the order includes the following:
Report on the assessment of compliance with the essential requirements for the constructions in accordance with Art. 142, para. 6 of the ZUT;
Carrying out construction supervision in the construction process, in accordance with the requirements of Art. 168 of the ZUT;
Carrying out geodetic surveyingwith data on the newly constructed building - according to Art. 54 a, para. 2 of the ZKIR.
Preparation of a Final Report to the Contracting Authority for putting the construction into operation;
Preparation of a Technical Passport of the construction.
Important! An information modeling system will be applied in the design and construction processbuilding management (SIM) for managing the processes in design and construction.
The construction that is subject to supervision is a First Category construction, according to Art. 137, para. 1, point 1, letter "d" of the Law on Territorial Planning and Art. 2, paragraph 4, item 2 of Ordinance No. 1/30.07.2003 for nothe enclature of construction types.
