- Improving the national emergency communications system 112 The subject of the public procurement "Improvement of the national emergency communications system 112" covers the construction of a completely new system for receiving emergency communications and managing resources to emergency response services based on a unified communication and information platform, which includes the supply of hardware, software and licenses, in order to implement a single, integrated next-generation software platform 112 according to the internationally recognized standards in the EU and the European Emergency Number Association (EENA). The supply, installation, configuration, adaptation, implementation, testing and commissioning activities of all the main 9 activities according to the Technical Specification include: 1) Software platform NS 112 and licenses; 2) Medical module, upgrade and integration; 3) Unified communication and network infrastructure; 4) Information infrastructure - hardware and system software for main and backup data centers and recording objective control system; 5) Delivery of stationary workstations - 1012 pcs. of type 1 and type 2 6) Delivery of mobile workstations - 830 pcs. 7) Integration with IASS, TETRA, GIS and systems of the Ministry of Health; 8) Specialized warranty support to provide uninterrupted operation of the system in the Service mode with reliability 0.99999 - 36 months: 9) Training for working with the NG112 platform for operators, coordinators and administrators in RC 112, dispatchers and service teams...
