The subject of award with this contract is: "Insurance of the employees of the Customs Agency" with group risk insurance against accident and life insurance.
The subject and the volume of the procurement include the implementation of the following activities: insurance of The life, health and bodily integrity employees of the Customs Agency (AM) for 2026 and 2027, through the conclusion of group insurance against accident and life insurance, according to Art. 10 para. 16 of the Customs Act.
All employees of Central Customs Administration are subject to insurance and The territorial directorates of the Agency, which are in employment and employment relations, as well as the appointed under the procedure of Decree No. 66 of the Council of Ministers of 28.03.1996 for the personnel provision of certain activities in the budget organizations.
