Description:
The subject of the public procurement includes the provision of insurance services to the employees of the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) and other insurances for a period of one year. The public procurement includes the following specific items: Specific position No. 1: "Group insurance against risks related to the life, health and working capacity of BNB employees"; Separate position No. 2: "Other insurances, with subject and volume specified in the relevant insurance policy". Designated Item #2 will be awarded under the order valid for its individual value (under Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA)), according to Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP. The total estimated value of the services under specific item No. 2 is in the amount of 4,760 euros, including all costs of execution of the public order, including tax on the insurance premium and/or contribution, according to the Insurance Code (IC), not exceeding 20% of the total value of the order, as well as the amount of BGN 156,464 (EUR 79,998.77).
