The insurance must cover the liability for carrying out the activity, including the actions and omissions, of the DP RVD in its capacity as a provider of air navigation services, including the allocation of cross-border sectors within the DANUBE FAB, the liability both of the legal lperson, as well as the persons representing the legal entity and the persons in employment relations with it, including the responsibility for carrying out the activity, including the actions and inactions, of the DP RVD (Insured) in its capacity as a provider of air navigation service in the Republic of Bulgariaria and in the airspace of Romania, in certain cross-border sectors, the liability of the insured for service at airports, including airport control towers, the liability of the insured in relation to loss or damage to equipment and aircraft of land and cполет.
