  The public contract includes the insurance of the workers and employees of NEK EAD engaged in the main and auxiliary activities, for the following risks:
  55, para. 2 from CSR, from domestic accident or occupational disease or from general illness;
  2. Permanent loss of work capacity as a result of an occupational accident under Art. 2 from CSR, from household accident or occupational disease or from general illness;
  55, para. 2 from CSR, from domestic accident or occupational disease or from general illness.
  Insurance for the risks "Death", "Permanent loss of working capacity" and "Temporary loss of working capacity" as a result of an occupational accident, according to Art. 55, para. 2 of CSR, domestic accident, occupational disease or general illness are subject to all workers and employees of NEK EAD - Central Management, "Hydroelectric Power Plants" enterprise and "Dams" enterprise and stunts", regardless of their ability to work and regardless of whether they were on paid or unpaid leave or on leave due to temporary incapacity at the date of entry into force of the insurance policy.
  The list of employees working in the company as of 30.06.2025, subject to insurance is 1930 persons. The number of employees in the company is a dynamic quantity.
