The subject of the procurement includes the following activities:
Preparation of an examination in the order of Art. 176c of the Spatial Planning Act for establishing the technical characteristics related to the requirements of Art. 169, para. 1 and para. 3 of the Spatial Planning Act and the preparation of a technical passport in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Three of Ordinance No. 5 of December 28, 2006 on the technical passports of the construction works issued by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works.
Art. 48 of the EEA in accordance with the terms and conditions of Ordinance No. E-R-04-2 of December 16, 2022 for inspection For energy efficiency, certification and evaluation of energy savings of buildings.
The inspection for establishing the technical characteristics of the building should be carried out in parts: structural, plumbing, electric and HVAC.
The technical passport should include: Part A "Basic Characteristics of the construction ", Part B" Measures for maintenance of the construction and terms for repairs "and part in" Instructions and instructions for safe operation ".
