Investment Design - Phase Working Project, Delivery of the necessary materials and equipment, construction and commissioning of the site "Shift sections of transit gas pipeline 1 (TG1) ...
The subject of the contract includes the implementation of the following main activities for each of the stages:
1.Iput of an investment project - phase Working project and coordination with the Valler and the consultant under Art. 166, para. 1 of the Spatial Planning Act (Territorial Development Act);
2.Days before the opening of the construction site - development of a safety and health plan (PBZ) and a plan for management waste management (PUSO) and their approval in accordance with the SPA;
3. Development of documentation about the properties affected during construction and in the case of archaeological sites disclosed in the process of construction, identification of owners or users/tenants of land, determination of the amount of benefits for destroyed harvest or omitted benefits of land and/or damage during construction, according to market evaluations prepared by a licensed independent appraiser (agreed by the contracting authority) and conducting procedures for payment of benefits in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Act (EA) and the SPA, which, which benefits are paid by the contracting authority;
preparation for construction, mobilization and demobilization;
5. Delivery of the necessary materials and equipment;
6. Demontation and construction works (construction works);
7.Reidance of trials: single, complex and foster tests;
8. Construction of construction papers, executive and executive documentation;
9. Cadastral shooting;
10.Ds for acceptance and entry into operation:
